No, minimum age for Adult Education students is 16 years.

If I register for a class and then cancel, will I get my money back?
Refunds, less a $15 processing fee, will be made for part-time classes if students withdraw before the second class.  For 1- or 2-day computer/IT seminars, cancellations must be received no later than 48 hrs. before start of class; otherwise a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed.  No refund will be given after start of second class.  No refund on textbooks.  No refunds are given for the $25 motorcycle safety registration fee.
